Once we have agreed on all terms and you have signed a listing agreement, we will start the ball rolling with key preparations to get home ready to preview. Then we will actively start marketing your home as a 'Coming Soon' listing and once it is active, we'll use an aggressive marketing strategy to showcase your home to as many home shoppers and realtors as possible. We will talk about marketing and other logistics during our consultation.
2) During our home selling consultation, we will meet and share with you how you can save you thousands of dollars on the sale of your home.
